Terms and Conditions

  • All Rates include a 20% driver gratuity
  • 30 passengers maximum
  • Wheelchair accessible Trolley’s & Coaches are available upon request.
  • Food and Beverages are permitted on (no Kegs)
  • No Smoking.
  • At the conclusion of the charter, customer is responsible for removal of personal items. Dunn Transportation is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • If any difficulties arise during the course of the charter which the driver judges to be a safety or health hazard, the driver in his/her sole discretion is entitled to terminate the charter and will deliver passengers to the nearest place to secure alternative tranportation.
  • When chartering a motoring vehicle, occasionally, unexpected breakdowns occur. An alternative mode of transportation will be provided.
  • Fuel surcharges will apply depending on market fuel rates.

Cancellation Policy

72 hour cancellation: 100% of deposit
48 hour cancellation: 50% of deposit
24 hour cancellation: No refund on deposit
Southwest Experience: 72 hour cancellation policy only.

Method of Payment

A 50% credit card payment is required to hold the reservation. Balance is due in full and payment will be processed one day prior to the charter. Cash payments and personal checks are not accepted. Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
